Welcome, Happy New Year, And All That Other Good Stuff

My abandoned blog is being resurrected.  Amazon is advising that I do this so that I can have new and original content which will inspire the masses that read this to buy items from their site.  By masses, I'm referring to the 6-7 humans that stumble across this blog in any given months, plus the dozen web crawlers that index the pages for the various search engines.  So we'll see how this works.  Enjoy.
